Returns & Exchanges Policy

We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and order accuracy before completing a purchase, as our return policy is intentionally strict to maintain product quality standards and operational efficiency.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all items must meet every condition below:

Returned in original, unused condition (no wear, damage, or alterations)
All original tags attached and intact
Original packaging must be used (no substitutions)
Packing slip included inside the return package

Any item that does not fully meet these requirements will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Customer-Responsible Returns

Returns initiated for the following reasons are considered non-defective / discretionary and are subject to additional costs:

Change of mind / no longer wanted
Incorrect size or fit
Ordered by mistake
Personal preference (e.g., style, color, expectation mismatch)

Return & Exchange Fees

For all customer-responsible returns:

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the total order value
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
The restocking fee covers handling, inspection, and processing expenses

This amount will be deducted from your refund or applied before an exchange is processed.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery.
Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be approved

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
After this period, orders are immediately processed for fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled
Once an order has entered the shipping process, it is final and non-cancellable
